Additional Terms and Condition:-
1. Job Title and Description
Repair and maintenance, using your own tools, if any tool purchased and paid by the company, will be the property of the Saf property management LLc.
Responsibilities: to perform the repair and maintenance for the Saf Property Management LLC. And their Clint properties, Property lock and close the place after cleaning the work place.
Assuming this will be your only job, if not please inform us the 1 st job you are having.
Employee background check will be required.
2. Surveillance / Recording :- for your safety and security you will be working under the Surveillance camera system with audio feature on, and periodical the officers and employees will be observing the performance and safety precautions. Please do not touch or relocate the camera, unless asked to do so by Sam or Jimmie.
3. Cell Phone Use :- using of the cell phone for personal use during work hours, with out an emergency, is not allowed.
4.Compensation
Bonuses and Incentives: Will be consider after the probation period.of 1 year.
Payment Schedule: Weekly at the end of the week on Friday, between 4:30 and 8:00 Pm
5. Working Hours
Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 Monday thru Friday for full time workers.
Overtime: No Overtime allow without written / text authorization.
Breaks: 30 Minutes not paid break must be taken (e.g., lunch or rest breaks).
6. Clock in and clock out.:- Your job starting time is 8:00 AM , not arrival to the premises/ site , To start working. if you are late the wait to start till the next 15 Minutes cycle, for example 8:15, 8: 30, 10:15 etc. if you are texting any in between time, we will clock you in at the next 15 minute cycle, and if you text the miutes after 4:30 we will clock you out in reverse to the last 15 minutes cycle, same for the lunch period.
And you must take the rest / Lunch period of 30 minutes, and text in and out time, you must close your job few minutes early and must text at 4:30 no over minutes will be consider, unless emergency, must talk to the foremen.
Please use your group chat to text your time into work. These messages are used to log your work hours. Please make sure these text messages are sent when you are on site and ready to start work. Examples, “ John Smith clocking in at 12470 Riad at 8:00am” , or “John Smith leaving 12470 Riad at 4:30pm
At the end of your work day use the group chat to send pictures of the work completed for the day. Please also state where these pictures are from; example “Pictures from 12470 Riad”.
If you are going to multiple locations in one day, please make sure you send pictures from all sites.
7. Probationary Period
Duration: The length of the probationary period 6 months.
Performance Review: Information on performance evaluations during this period.
8. Leave and Time Off
Annual Leave,Sick Leave, public Holiday. To cover 2 week checks at the end of the year, After the probation period expires.
Holidays: needs to work, close when home depot is closed).
9. Termination and Resignation:-
Notice Period: Employee must give 1 week notice before resigning and employer do not give any termination notice. if they terminate the employee.
10. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:-
Confidentiality: Agreement to keep company information confidential, including trade secrets and client data, ad your pay check rate and detail.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): If applicable, restrictions on sharing sensitive business information outside the company.
11. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Clauses
Non-Compete: Restrictions on working for competitors or starting a competing business for a certain period after employment ends.
Non-Solicitation: Restrictions on soliciting clients or other employees for a certain period after employment.
12. Health and Safety
Workplace Safety: Commitment from the employer to provide a safe working environment.
Insurance: No Iinsurance provided by the employer.
13. Dispute Resolution:-
Grievance Procedure: The process employees should follow if they have a complaint or dispute with the employer.
Arbitration: Whether disputes will be resolved through formal arbitration.
14. Company Policies and Code of Conduct:-
Behavior Expectations: Guidelines for professional behavior, Take a daily shower and wear the clean clothes every day, prefer work shirt and pants/ shorts. and work boots, must wear hard hat all the times, if you donot have, ask your foreman, he will arrange to purchase for you.
Use of Company Property: Rules regarding the use of company equipment, technology, and assets.
