Additional Terms and Condition:-
1. I understand that i will be working under the Survillance Camera system with microphone, and may be recorded.
2. I will not be using the cell phone for my personal use during work hours, with out an emergency.
3. Hours will be 8 Am to clock out time at 4:30 Pm, must take unpaid 30 Minutes break.
4. Clock in when you are ready to work at premises ,and clock out when finish the job at premises @ $4:30 , no after 4:30 without written permission, including lunch time and location must be text to your group chart.
